How long does it take to alter a wedding dress?
We are not able to give price guidelines as there are numerous different alterations that may be required, and much depends on how the wedding dress is constructed. Wedding dress alterations are never simple, and therefore they are time consuming and can be reasonably expensive.
Do I need to make an appointment before I come in?
appointments are required, however given that fitting and pinning a wedding dress requires concentration and is time consuming we have a preference for wedding dress fittings being on weekdays and if on weekends we have a preference for customers to come in first thing in the morning.
Can you customise a wedding dress?
Can you alter all my bridesmaids’ dresses?
Yes – all stores can alter Bridesmaid’s dresses and Mother Of Bride dresses. Bridesmaids do need to attend a store to be properly fitted and should bring their shoes with them.
Do you also alter groomsmen suits?
We can alter any suit – groom and groomsmen.
I bought a wedding dress online and it doesn’t fit. Can you help?
Yes we can, just come in with your shoes if possible, and show us the dress.
My bridesmaids bought bridesmaid dresses online and they don’t fit everyone. Can you help?
Yes we can, just have them come in, with their shoes if possible, and show us the dress.
